By accessing, the My Purple Galaxy website, any other feature or other My Purple Galaxy platforms, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept all these Terms, then you may not use Our Website. In these Terms, “we”, “us” , “our” or “My Purple Galaxy” refers to My Purple Galaxy, and “you” or “your” refers to you as the user of our Website and other training resources.

We may modify these Terms, for any reason at any time, by posting a new version on Our Website, these changes do not affect rights and obligations that arose prior to such changes. Your continued use of Our Website following the posting of modified Terms will be subject to the Terms in effect at the time of your use. Please review these Terms periodically for changes.

If you do not wish to continue using the Service under the new version of Agreements, you may terminate your account / Services by contacting us by emailing the support. These policies and procedures apply to all My Purple Galaxy products sold on this site.

  • My Purple Galaxy Team is operational from Monday – Friday: 10:00 A.M- 6:00 P.M IST (India)
  • We observe a close on all government declared holidays.
  • Payments, Cancellations, and Refund policy

  • Payments can be made in INR.

4.1 Billing

All payment transactions are processed through secure payment gateway providers. We do not store any card information (other than the last 4 digits of your card) in our servers.

A customer can purchase any product(s) offered by My Purple Galaxy through different payment options like, VISA / MasterCard / UPI depending upon which ones are currently being provided by Payment Gateway facility.

After the payment process is carried out successfully, an official receipt of purchase is provided by payment Gateway on behalf of My Purple Galaxy through email which can be used as a reference for any future requirements.

4.2 Refund Policy

We strive to provide the best product quality hence we will not be able to provide refund. But will try to include this feature in the near future.

5.1 Access to Previous Purchases

My Purple Galaxy reserves the right to change content options (including eligibility for particular features) or remove access without notice to any previously purchased product that is no longer valid or deemed out of date.

5.2 Products

We reserve the right to amend, revise or update the products offered to you. In the event such an amendment, revision or updating occurs, we may require you pay an additional fee to re-purchase the product. 

  • Customer Support

For customer support with account-related and payment-related questions, please contact our Customer Service Department using the Customer Service contact us on the Get in Touch With Us section of our website or just mail your queries to believe@mypurplegalaxy.com. We will use reasonable endeavors to respond to all Customer Support Queries within a reasonable time frame but we make no promises that any Customer Support Queries will be responded to within any particular time frame and/or that we will be able to answer any such queries.

For all the paid members, a dedicated support system is designed and details of the same are shared upon registration under any program(s).

  • Rights you grant us

On acceptance of Terms & Conditions by a user, the user gives his/her explicit permission to call or contact the user via SMS or email through any medium which My Purple Galaxy deems fit.

We reserve the right to feature your picture in any photos, videos, or other promotional material used by us only for reviews.

Further, we may use your personal information to inform you about other products offered by us. However, we shall not distribute or share your personal information with any third party marketing database or disclose Your personal information to any third party except on a case-to-case basis after proper verification of such third party or if required under any applicable law.

  • Earnings Disclaimer and Certifications

8.1 Income Disclaimer

While we make every effort to ensure that we accurately represent all the products and services reviewed on this website and their potential for income, it should be noted that earnings and income statements made by My Purple Galaxy and its advertisers/sponsors are estimates only of what we think you can possibly earn based on previous trainees achievements or Job market trends. As with any business, your results may vary and will be based on your individual capacity, business experience, expertise, and level of desire. There are no guarantees concerning the level of success you may experience. Each individual’s success depends on his or her background, dedication, desire and motivation.

  • Severability, Waiver, and Interpretation

Unless as otherwise stated in the Agreements, should any provision of the Agreements be held invalid or unenforceable for any reason or to any extent, such invalidity or enforceability shall not in any manner affect or render invalid or unenforceable the remaining provisions of the Agreements, and the application of that provision shall be enforced to the extent permitted by law.

Any failure by My Purple Galaxy or any third party beneficiary to enforce the Agreements or any provision thereof shall not waive My Purple Galaxy’s or the applicable third party beneficiary’s right to do so.

As used in Terms, the words “include” and “including”, and variations thereof will be deemed to be followed by the words “without limitation.”

  1. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold My Purple Galaxy harmless from and against all damages, losses, and expenses of any kind (including reasonable attorney fees and costs) arising out of or related to:

  • Your breach of the Agreements or any one of them;
  • Any User Content you share or otherwise contribute;
  • Any activity in which you engage on or through the My Purple Galaxy Service; and
  • Your violation of any law or the rights of a third party
